Work With Stacey
a whole-person approach to feeling well again.
Sometimes what you need isn't another plan to follow. You need someone to help you make sense of what's happening, in your body, your rhythms, your stress, your nutrition, and your life.
Stacey combines functional nutrition with restorative, whole-person coaching to help you better understand what may be contributing to how you feel and create realistic next steps toward greater energy, nourishment, resilience, and well-being.

Who this is for
You sleep, and still wake up depleted. You want to understand why instead of pushing through another season.
You've followed plans, cut things out, added things back. You want a way of eating that is nourishing and livable.
Digestion, sleep, mood, and rhythm all feel tangled together. You want someone to help you see the whole picture.
How we begin
A short, no-pressure functional nutrition assessment to help you name what is actually going on, where your energy is going, and what might be worth looking at first.
A longer conversation that looks at your nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, movement, and season of life together, and ends with realistic next steps rather than another plan to follow.
For those who want steady company in the work: regular check-ins, adjustments as life shifts, and someone paying attention alongside you over time.

About Stacey
Stacey's work sits at the intersection of functional nutrition and whole-person wellness: real food, steady rhythms, and an honest look at the stress you are carrying. Her approach is warm and practical rather than clinical, and it is rooted in the same belief that shapes everything at Free Holler Farm, that the body and soul were designed for restoration.
Private work happens virtually, so you can begin from wherever you live, and in person here in the holler in Amherst County, Virginia.
This work is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Please keep your physician involved in your care.

One place, many ways in
Some begin here, one on one, and come to a retreat later. Others come to the holler first and keep going from home. Both belong to the same work.
