One cabin. Two people. Lifted off the ground and cradled by the trees, it feels less like a lodge and more like a tree house getaway. A wool blanket, a tin mug, the creek somewhere below. This is the part of Free Holler that asks the least of you and gives the most back.

Two-burner stove, cast iron, French press, the basics.

Cell service is spotty to nonexistent. We consider this a feature.

10 minutes by car. Eggs, sourdough, raw honey, and tomatoes in season.
Sunday morning service
15 minutes into town if you'd like. We can point you to a few good ones.
Before you come.
Is there Wi-Fi?
No. There is also no cell signal. We mean it about the quiet, but we'll always have a way to reach us in an emergency.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome with a small cleaning fee. The creek is shallow and friendly.
Is the outhouse the only option?
No. There's a composting toilet inside if the outhouse isn't your thing. We won't judge either way.
How private is it?
Very. The cabin is on its own end of the property with no shared sightlines. You won't see another guest.
